What is Ascension?

The word "ascension" nowadays refers to the heightening of humanity's and the individual's frequencies, as they release the lower vibrational energies that have been holding them within 3 dimensions (including fears of all kinds, memories of past traumas both physical and psychological, etc.).  This is happening planet-wide at this time.  The process eventually includes merging our personality self with our Higher Self, our I Am Presence,  the dimensional part of our Self that has never forgotten it's Unity with Creator.

We do NOT refer to the commonly held idea of floating off into space or clouds, but of a dimensional, a  frequency shift, of evolutionary proportions to our consciousness and our world.
