It relates to all the Generational Lives.  By placing this symbol (energetically, with focus and intent) on the bottles, you access all generational lives that relate to the Mahatma energies.  Generational lives give us the intent that we are One.  All of us are One, all of us are connected.  Your root chakra holds survival instinct; you need self-love to survive.  Your generational lives let you access the loving kindness connected as one to your spiritual energies, your course of action.  When you say trigger the Love, trigger the Light, you send a beacon—not just to the physical plane of earth, but also forward, and back to all that was and will be.  We are One with you.

GENERATIONAL LIVES ESSENCES—HOW TO USE 

Take a few drops of each of these 4 essences as you begin the following meditation.  These essences will help to trigger the Love, trigger the Light, on Earth and throughout all Creation.    They help us to access all of the generational lives that relate to the Mahatma energies.  This means that as you call in the energies of Nature, the Spiritual Hierarchy (Shamballa/Brotherhood of Light), Angels & Archangels of light and love, galactic & intergalactic Masters, you also call in (and via the essences are accessing) all of their lives in the past, present and future.  This greatly enhances the Mahatma love energies.  Then you fill your being with Mahatma (including your own generational lives) and send it out to the Universe, surrounding all beings (and their generational lives), that they may take it in as they choose.  Doing this is a service to the Earth, humanity, and all Life, and you will feel the effects personally as well. 

MEDITATION

Take deep breaths, deep and steady.  Focus on your crown chakra at the top of your head, as you say, “I Am that I Am, the Mahatma in Love”.  See, feel, allow, imagine, intend this Gold-Silver-Violet Mahatma column of light coming down from Mother-Father God, into your Crown Chakra.  Now it’s flowing down the tube that connects your major chakras, flowing into your Thymus gland, just above the heart.  This is your true “heart chakra”, that stores and gives out Love without conditions, Mahatma.   

See, feel, allow, imagine this thymus gland as a room or cave full of beautiful crystals, gemstones of all shapes, sizes, colors.  Now we are going to activate these crystals with the Mahatma energy.  Allow the gold-silver-violet light to flow into your crystalline Thymus Palace, causing the crystals to pulsate and scintillate.  With your breath, bring in the Mahatma energy, pulsate those crystals!  Trigger the Light, the Light, the Light!  Trigger the Love, the Love, the Love! 

Breathe the Mahatma energy down through the chakra column, out through your feet, through your Earth Star (chakra under your feet) and down into the Earth, down to the very core, the Iron Heart Crystal at the center of Lady Gaia.  Continue to breathe this flow of Mahatma love and light into the Earth for a few minutes.  You may begin to feel the energy coming back up through your feet, up through your chakra column, out the top of your head, and onwards up to Source, as Lady Gaia sends the energy back to you, with her thanks (and perhaps a bit of her own green lifeforce light as well).  You have created a loop of Mahatma, flowing down from Source through you into the earth, and back up again through you to Source.  Trigger the Light, the Light, the Light! Trigger the Love, the Love, the Love! 

Now let’s activate our upper chakras (those not in your physical body—may be visualized as above the head).  Trigger 12, 12, 12!  Trigger 11, 11, 11!  Trigger 10, 10, 10!  I Am that I Am, the Mahatma in Love!  Trigger 9, 9, 9!  Trigger 8, 8, 8!  Trigger 7, 7, 7!  I Am that I Am, the Mahatma in Love!  Trigger 6, 6, 6!  Trigger 5, 5, 5!  Trigger 4, 4, 4!  Trigger 3, 3, 3!  Trigger 2, 2, 2!  Trigger 1, 1, 1!  Trigger EarthStar, EarthStar, EarthStar!  I Am that I Am, the Mahatma in Love!  Breathe the loop of Mahatma through your being, from Source to the heart of the Earth and back again!  Breathe! Trigger the Light, the Light, the Light!  Trigger the Love, the Love, the Love! 

Now breathe this activated Mahatma energy out into every cell, atom, molecule of your physical body.  Now breathe it out into your emotional body (~8” out from your physical body).  Now breathe it out to fill your mental body (~24” out).  Now breathe it into your spiritual bodies (can extend to infinity).  You don’t have to be able to see this, just breathe and intend it.  Allow the love and light to activate you, flow through you.  Be the Love—Be the Light! 

Breathe this Mahatma love without conditions out to the whole of the room, the whole of this town, the whole of this country, the whole of this continent, the whole of this planet earth.        

Trigger the Light, the Light, the Light!  Trigger the Love, the Love, the Love!  I Am that I Am, the Mahatma in Love!  

Breathe this gold-silver-violet light energy out to fill the Solar system, the galaxy, the Universe!  Surround all beings with this light, this love!  Invite them to accept it into their beings!  Send it to their generational lives!  Spread Mahatma throughout the whole Universe!  We take back the dark places……Trigger the Light, the Light, the Light!  Trigger the Love, the Love, the Love!  Breathe and allow…….[3-5 minutes at least]. 

Now bring back in your extended etheric bodies, under the guidance of your I Am Presence, your higher self, until they are in a normal state for you.  Don’t try to determine this with your personality self; you are much larger than your personality self knows or admits!  Let your higher self guide you in this.  Thank all of the beings who helped with this meditation, and intend that the the session be closed. 

Breathe gently for awhile as you integrate the energies.  Move gradually.  Make sure you are grounded before you get up. 

You may do this meditation, or a similar one, as often as you like.  Using the essences will greatly enhance the power of the Mahatma wherever you send it.
