Massage is one of the most enjoyable and effective ways to absorb flower essences. I found this out recently when I was massaging some painful pressure points in my partner’s shoulders, and I got inspired to add some of my Deep Release flower essence combination to the massage oil.  The pain started to dissipate rapidly.  I then used flower essences all up and down his backbone, and along the "Chinese Gate" at the base of the neck.  He felt hard places within him softening up, so they could dissolve or be released.

I used my combination Integration of the Diamond Light on all the same places.  He said it evened out his lightbody.  Before it had been sort of spiky, now it became more like waves, evening out, filling in any gaps or holes.  I also used these essences on his abdomen and heart/thymus area.  The combination Deep Release softened and dissolved hard places   Again, the Diamond Light made his lightbody more unified and stronger.

On his feet, I used essences from my Foot Chakra Spray.  The Red Pine he said immediately connected him deep into the earth.  The Ladyslipper smoothed out his nervous system, similar to the way the Diamond Light had evened out his lightbody earlier.  This effect moved up from his feet throughout his body.  He was seeing fairies flying all around him, and he said they were "having a gas of a time".  I immediately asked my essence guides to help me create some combinations of essences and essential oils for use in massage.
